Mission possible. Independent Senior National Sales Director Emeritus Judie McCoy’s success proves that women can do what they set out to achieve.

With her sister’s encouragement, Judie began a Mary Kay business that helped her discover her own hidden talents. “I found that I had so much to offer the world – ambition, enthusiasm, willingness to work and a love for people,” Judie says. “I just needed a ladder to climb and a race to run at my own pace.”

Because of her Mary Kay business, Judie has enjoyed a life full of excitement, trips around the world, prizes and awards and a successful business, "but more important, my children have grown up watching me succeed.” That, to her, is more powerful than anything.

As an NSD Emeritus, Judie continues to work with women to impact their lives, influencing them toward self-esteem and confidence. She says her Mary Kay journey has taught her to love unconditionally, expect greatness, and value personal growth. “The greatest lesson I will carry with me is to work with joy and passion, so that I may never say, ‘I wish I could go back and do the little things that life asked of me,’” Judie explains.
