Her only goal.
Independent Elite Executive National Sales Director Emeritus Gayle Gaston not only found monetary success with her Mary Kay business, she discovered what she calls that “magical something.” That’s the air of confidence she gained by helping others grow. “I became so involved in their goals and aspirations, that I forgot about my own fears and inhibitions,” Gayle says.

At first, Gayle’s only goal was to make enough money to purchase a car with air-conditioning to keep her children cool in the sweltering Louisiana heat. She was so excited about the Mary Kay opportunity and being in business for herself that she used her grocery money to buy her Starter Kit. Gayle says, “I quickly earned enough from my sales of Mary Kay® products to order a new car. And, I paid off my loan from the bank in one-half the time. I have always been motivated to share the Mary Kay opportunity!”
Gayle soon learned of her love for motivating others and started to pour herself into the people that she had shared the Mary Kay opportunity with. “I threw myself into building those people, and guess what happened? That ‘magical something.’ My confidence grew with their growth.” Gayle says. Because of that love for others and their success, Gayle was able to break several records throughout her Mary Kay business.
As an Emeritus, Gayle lives each day to the fullest. She stays busy and enjoys to travel around the world in style!
