Changing lives. School president from first grade through college and Mary Kay Head of the Class – Independent National Sales Director Caterina Harris Earl loves to lead women. “It was, in fact, while attending a private women’s college, that I developed a passion for issues that appeal to women,” Caterina explains.

 

Proudly describing the women she knows through her Mary Kay business as extended family and incredible mentors, Caterina shares, “Independent Elite Executive National Sales Director Emeritus Shirley Hutton taught me to have ‘big-girl’ dreams, Elite Executive NSD Emeritus Marilyn Welle-Villella taught me to love people to success, Senior National Sales Director Anita Mallory taught me how to work strategically, while Elite Executive National Sales Director Gloria Mayfield Banks taught me how to live with passion. They changed my life; I love passing it on!”

 

Caterina’s favorite Mary Kay memory happened during a private meeting with Mary Kay Ash in her office. “I will never forget her ‘velvet’ hands holding mine as she said, ‘I want you to become one of my National Sales Director daughters.’”

 

Likewise, Caterina appreciates the strong support of both her parents. “Mom is one of my top Independent Sales Directors and a future offspring National Sales Director, and my dad is one of my biggest fans who’s been inspired to assist me in my office.” And they both fostered the love of travel in Caterina, especially internationally. So far, she’s visited every continent except Antarctica, and it’s on her ‘must-do’ list!

 

Caterina enthusiastically encourages the wonderful women of her National area to run to the finish line with their tongue hanging out. “I want to stand for what is possible in life for women because when you change the life of a woman, you change the life of the world!”
