In the helping profession. Independent National Sales Director Natalie Privette-Jones spent 10 years as a social worker, finding homes for foster teens and helping them set goals for the future. As a National Sales Director, Natalie is still in a helping profession. She just switched her focus from youth independence to adult independence.

According to Natalie, Mary Kay is the “yellow brick road” to financial freedom and success. She’s faithfully followed the path since 1996 and in less than eight years, changed her financial status and her overall outlook on life. “At first, I was a single mom of two trying to make ends meet. I sold $800 at my first skin care class and in just three months, I earned the use of my first Career Car!” says Natalie. “But more than income, it allowed me to have a presence in my children’s lives.”
