Helping others reach their goals. Once Independent Senior National Sales Director Rosibel Shahín didn’t think she was capable of doing direct sales. “Thanks to the Mary Kay opportunity, I’m a strong and powerful human being able to guide others.” Rosibel says.

What caused this change? Rosibel feels that when the love and strength she received from her family combined with the growth she experienced from her Mary Kay business, there were no limits to what she could achieve. “My parents taught me that a strong family was important for success. As the oldest of five siblings, I decided that I had to set the example of responsibility in my family.” In fact, Rosibel’s family is her life. She treasures time spent with her nieces and nephews and her parents. Together, they love playing basketball and enjoy grilling outdoors.

“I was so lucky to meet Mary Kay,” Rosibel says. “I truly felt when Mary Kay spoke to me, she was thinking of me and not her big successful Company. She treated us like a nurturing mother.” Rosibel has taken Mary Kay Ash’s advice as she leads the Independent Sales Directors in her National area. “They are women of faith whose road is not easy, but who work hard and are ready to shine.” She also appreciates the mentoring of Independent Executive National Sales Director Patricia Turker. “Patricia offered me the opportunity and has been my friend for a lifetime!”

“I am an optimist. Today there are no scary challenges for me. Today, I can start something and finish it no matter what. I thank God, my family, my unit, and my area Independent Sales Directors who have always supported me. I want to encourage and debut more National Sales Directors so that they can pass on Mary Kay’s dream to future generations.”
